Thank You Veterans

I want to begin by expressing our heartfelt gratitude and extending a special thank you to all the honorable men and women who have served in uniform for this great country we call the United States of America.

Thank you for the willingness to write a blank check in the form of time and commitment for the service you provided to our great nation. We also recognize and appreciate the sacrifice of time spent away from home, family, and everything that is familiar. In some cases, this took you to lands that are unfamiliar and, in some instances, hostile, where you faced hatred. Your commitment, regardless of the challenges, is deeply valued.

To those who have seen war, engaged in gunfights, and witnessed the loss of fellow service members right before them in the middle of battle, we extend our thoughts and prayers. We pray for your mind, your heart, your soul, and overall healing to overcome the trauma you've experienced.

There are civilians out here who, despite not being military veterans ourselves, do our best to understand the magnitude of what you’ve gone through. We are awakened to the realities happening in our nation and around the world. We take the time to research and look up military codes and law, aiming to decipher what is real amidst the deception in the world.

Living in a world that sometimes feels like a circus, we remain vigilant against being deceived by bad actors. You, as defenders of the oath to the constitution, play a crucial role in protecting against enemies, both foreign and domestic. In the current times, we face formidable enemies on both fronts, and we appreciate your unwavering commitment to upholding that oath.

Whether in uniform or decommissioned, every minute of your life, both in and out of uniform, is acknowledged and appreciated. Please recognize that We The People in this country will always remember and honor your service.

To the American soldier, marine, sailor, airmen and women, Coast Guardsmen, Seals, Rangers, Green Berets, PJs and reservists, I want to express my deepest gratitude for your outstanding service. May God bless you and your families, and may you find a life of peace.
